I am an experienced counsellor and healer and have worked with people with many different physical, mental , emotional and spiritual issues. In a healing session with me you will be offered three things:
- Time and space to be listened to, heard and understood.
- A healing treatment that incorporates colour, energy healing and music.
- A Flower essence to take home from the Bach flower range, or from my own range, Harmony Essences.

What is counselling?
In counselling you are given a space to be heard and understood by a trained person who will give you the opportunity to reflect on your own life and your next step.
If you wish I can also consult your spiritual guides for their perspective on your life issues.
What will a healing treatment feel like?
It is usually a relaxing experience. You will be able to reflect on the things we have just talked about.
In the healing session I am assisted by healing angels. Deep karmic knots and longstanding issues can be helped by their gentle energy. I will use my hands on your head, shoulders and feet. Sometimes I work just above the body in your aura. I channel healing energy in order to remove blockages and help your subtle bodies to relax and receive healing.
What are Flower Essences?
Natural remedies made from the healing vibrations of certain plants and flowers. These remedies can assist the healing process begun in the session, by helping you to let go of negativity and move forward on your life path.
I am a qualified and experienced flower essence practitioner, and have in the past produced my own range of flower essences. If you wish I can prescribe and make up a flower essence for you to take home at the end of a healing session. The right remedy can help with shifts of perception, and provide you with new insights about your current situation.

My qualifications:
B.A., M.A. (Social Science), Dip. S.W., Diploma in Person Centred Counselling, Practitioners Course in the Bach Flower Remedies, Reiki 1 & 2.
None of the above are really as important as the years I have spent learning how to listen and understand. But for some people qualifications are important as they show you have studied in depth, so I include them here.
