I have taught meditation before in various settings and have facilitated many meditation groups through the years. Some of these groups have involved guided meditation using visualisation.
I have written a hand book of colour visualisations called ‘Balancing your Chakras’, which contains healing meditations for each of the chakra colours.
My daily meditation practice focusses on staying centred on the inner light in the heart.
You do not have to follow any system of belief to benefit from meditation, and for it to enrich your life. I think that the healing potential of meditation can help both individuals, and the planet as a whole.
